Eco-friendly packaging

We aim in use minimal packaging while also keep your items safe. 98% of the packaging we use in recyclable. 

Orders come wrapped in tissue paper and are protected by corrugated cardboard boxes and a recyclable or compostable waterproof courier bag. Unbleached boxes are used when available.

Recycling your courier bags

The courier bags are made in New Zealand from recycled LDPE waste and able to be recycled again with other soft plastics. In New Zealand, soft plastics recycling bins are available for use at a number of Countdown, The Warehouse, New World and Pack 'n Save stores. Please remove any stickers, tape or glue before placing your bag in a soft plastics recycling bin.

Gift packaging

To limit waste we may package items together unless otherwise requested. If you are ordering several items and want them wrapped in tissue paper separately ready to gift, please let us know.
